In July we only did 2 shows, the first was East of England where Jo Watkins was our judge. We took Connie, Pebbles and Frankie and Tony was able to come with us as it is one of our more local shows! Henrietta also showed Leo and Ann had Raffles there. Leo was in Yearling and Graduate and won both his classes. Raffles was in Limit where he was 5th. Then the girls had their turn and Connie was in a very good Junior class which she won. Pebbles won her Graduate class and her 2ND RESERVE CC. Frankie was possibly at her last show and she was 2nd in Open. Our other show was Leeds where Jane Howarth judged. I only took Connie as Pebbles was in season. Henrietta won the Graduate class with Leo, Ann was 3rd in a very good Limit class and Connie won her Junior class.
Frankie came in season a few days after Pebbles and last Sunday and Monday we mated her to Fishwick Cor Blimey, Connie’s father. We hope for a lovely litter at the beginning of October!

A Great start !
Manchester is the start of the 2016 show season and today was Gundog day. It was extremely snowy at Stafford and my two pups had never seen snow before so that was a bit daunting especially for Connie.
Our new puppy Clever Cookie (Connie) and Pebbles were entered in Minor puppy and Junior. Connie won a big minor puppy class which was very thrilling at her first ever show and Pebbles won a good Junior class. Henrietta took Leo who was 3rd in Junior dog and Ann entered Raffles in a very good Limit class and he was 4th.
